Vintage original 11 x 14 in. (27.9 x 35.6 cm.) U.S. title lobby card, very good+ condition.
The silent film drama A Stage Romance was released in 1922 by Fox Film Corporation and stars William Farnum. Based upon the play by Alexandre Dumas, tells the story of the great London Shakespearean actor Edmund Kean. The image depicts a large head shot of Broadway star William Farnum in the center and features images of champagne, playing cards, poker chips and a bag of money on either side of him. This vintage original title lobby card is in very good+ condition with a chip at the lower left corner and a tiny chip at the lower right corner. There are two pinholes in the upper right corner within the background area, five pinholes in the upper left within the background area and three pinholes in each lower corner. There is a small crease at the upper left corner and a 0.5 in. tear on the lower portion of the right outer white border. The number 39 has been written in black grease pencil in the center of the upper outer white border.
