If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items (in the same condition as at the time of shipment from us) within three (3) days of receipt for a prompt refund or exchange of your full purchase price only (the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and the return postage/shipping fees are non re-imburseable). If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges for the new item will be incurred.
If you wish to return any items, please notify us of your intent, so we can expect these items back from you and prepare your refund. Please make sure to mail your package in a prepaid, insured (to protect your interests) and trackable method.
