Unless otherwise requested, we ship all domestic and international orders via the United States Postal Service ("USPS") as follows:
DOMESTIC ORDERS:
All orders shipped within the United States will be sent either via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx so we can provide tracking information for the benefit of both parties. If you wish to utilize UPS, please advise us before remitting your payment and we will provide you with quote for the type of service you want (Overnight, Two-Day, Ground, etc.).
INSURANCE:
If you wish to have your package insured, please notify us before remitting your payment and we will advise you as to the additional cost for this service. We will only charge you for the actual amount incurred from the respective carrier.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
All orders shipped outside the United States will be sent via USPS First Class Mail International. Please note that this service does not include any tracking capabilities and, as such, we are not responsible for any loss or damage. This service is also quite slow and delivery to various countries usually range from two to three weeks. Therefore, for an additional charge, we can ship your order via USPS Global Priority Mail International, which does offer tracking capabilities, or you can choose Federal Express in the shipping options. If you wish to utilize another carrier or shipping options not listed on our website, please notify us before remitting your payment.
Following are the requirements and options for International Order Payments:
PAYPAL:
You may pay for your item with Paypal. This is the easiest and quickest way to process your payment and ship your item.
GOOGLE CHECKOUT:
You may also use Google Checkout to make your payment. This is also an easy and quick way to process your payment and shipping.
WESTERN UNION MONEY ORDER:
1. Contact us so that we may set the item(s) you want to purchase aside for you.
2. Wait for us to email you an invoice which includes a shipping quote.
3. Contact us with the money control transfer number (MCTN). We require the (MCTN) to process the payment here locally.
3. Send us your Western Union Money Order making sure that you ask Western Union to lock in the exchange rate (they do it for free) or else you may have to send additional funds if the exchange rate changes.
We will ship your item and notify you via email once we process your payment but please keep in mind that we cannot control any customs delays. Also note, we are not responsible for any customs taxes or duties.
ALTERNATIVE:
If you have friends or family in the U.S., have them place the order for you. We will ship your item to their address and you are free to make shipping/mailing arrangements with them. Also note that shipping fees within the U.S. will be substantially less!
