The image features an interior shot inside of a courtroom as Nancy Blair (Esther Ralston), sits on the witness stand with her hands folded in her lap. It is in very fine- condition.

*"The Oct. 24 1927 Film Daily and Oct. 28, 1927 Motion Picture News reported that Esther Ralston's next Paramount film would be The Jazz Orphan, with a scenario written by Florence Ryerson from an original story by Dorothy Anderson, and directed by Frank Tuttle. Ralston's co-star was set to be James Hall. The title was changed to Looking for Trouble, according to the Oct. 31, 1927 Film Daily. The Nov. 25, 1927 Motion Picture News noted that Myrtle Stedman was in the cast, but neither she nor James Hall was listed in credits.

 

Determined to prevent her parents' divorce, Nancy Blair purposely causes trouble for herself, knowing that this ruse will reunite, at least temporarily, her warring mother and father. When they discover the trick they decide to stay together anyhow."
